Das Hotel hat in einer Bucht gegenüber dem Fährhafen von Portoferraio gelegen. Mit dem Auto war man ca. 20 Minuten vom Fährhafen entfernt. Das Hotel lag in einer Sackgasse und dadurch sehr ruhig. Wir bekammen ein Upgrad auf unsere Zimmer und bekammen dafür das kleine Gästehaus neben dem Hotel. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss hier besonders Mauro und sein Team vom Restaurant hervorheben. Mauro hat jeden Gast vom ersten Augenblick mit Namen angesprochen und wuste immer, wo jeder beim Abendessen seinen Tisch hatte. Mauro hätte alleine schon 20 Punkte bekommen müssen.

L'hotel è situato a pochissimi metri dal mare, ha una sua spiaggetta privata corredata di ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti...il ristorante, affacciato sul porticciolo, ottimo sia di pesce che di carne...lo staff ottimo, la signora all'accoglienza è stata gentilissima, i camerieri bravi e disponibili in particolare il direttore di sala Mauro davvero professionale, simpatico e molto socievole...speriamo di ritornarci presto...CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
