The planing of the apartment was good. The bar and the team working at the place was nice and helpful. The closeness to the beach was perfect(stone beach).

The apartment had quite outdated furniture, missing some kitchen equipment and only one fan (no air condition). To warm to sleep during high season. The out door area was nice but facing in to a wall.

Location is great, very close to the beach. There are also two quite good restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. The room and bathroom were both big and very clean. The morning view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were polite and helpful. They can provide a breakfast, but it is not included in the price. The most valuable in my case was the parking place. I got the remote control of the gate and I could discover Elba with my car without fear that I would not find a free parking spot when I come back to the property.

120 EUR/night and no AC in the room. Wi-Fi signal was very weak and useless. The refrigerator was small, but the main problem was its inability to cool anything. The room was big, but the furniture was basic and outdated.
