Amazing.

This hotel has a classy flavor, starting from the reception up to their elite classical rooms.

The location is just perfect in the center of the city. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the breakfast dinning area an out door table facing the pool. We took bikes and did a very nice tour in the city that we will never forget. We also booked a place in their private beach were we enjoyed the service and location just opposite the hotel.

Underwhelming stay

Prime location and excellent bicycles The reception staff and security staff are lovely.

The aircon in our room didn’t work so much so that we couldn’t sleep properly for two days. The hotel said it’s government policy to shut down air conditioning from 9pm to 9am which I don’t understand as you can’t sleep. The breakfast is quite bad and doesn’t even have cereal or oats. It’s definitely not a 5* breakfast and despite it being included in our stay, we ate out second day onwards.

Forte dei Marmi is a lovely beach town - the Imperiale is in a perfect spot, close to the beach

The staff were gorgeous - couldn’t have been more enthusiastic and caring - we got upgraded, they wanted to help us with recommending restaurants there, and in our next destinations The room was lovely, with a beautiful view and balcony The bar was comfortable and a great bar man

We came out of season so it is super hard to judge what it would be like in season I wasn’t excited by the pool or the restaurant - but I am sure it would be more vibey in season

+ Excellent location, close to the beach and shops. + Great breakfast + Spacious rooms + Large fluffy towels + Shuttle service available + The hotel has a nice pool outside + Quiet atmosphere, it’s very relaxing + Balcony in the room + Garage for cars Everything is well maintained and works well. We had a very pleasant stay. This is a hotel I would return.

- Beds were not that comfortable, they were too hard - the hotel doesn’t have its own beach club, they use Alpemare which is nice but costs EUR 300/day

Expensive, could be better but great location

Large room and bathrooms, Nice quality robes and bathroom towels. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was good, if you ask they will cook you eggs and other breakfast items as buffet daily limited. They did not charge us for these additional breakfast items which I appreciated. Location was fantastic.

The doorman all seemed grouchy. They could attempt to be more friendly and smile. The bed could have been more comfortable. The hotel beach club is ridiculously expensive. 200+ euros for daybeds seemed extreme for the end of the season especially when paying $375 a night for room. Also $20 each for a whisky and grappa at hotel bar seemed excessive.

Good location, friendly staff

Pleasant bedroom. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. Good shuttle available. They DO allow pets up to 7kgs. Unfortunately the booking.com confirmation said no pets allowed. This was an error but not on the part of the hotel.

Bathroom was a little old fashioned and needed a refresh.
