Touring on motorcycles, stayed here many times over the years, and twice this year. Usually sufficient onsite parking for bikes. Room fairly small but with a balcony; great for airing bike kit. In season swimming pool and lounging area. Good breakfast. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Great base for accessing the Cols.
On the last night we thought we'd dine at the hotel's onsite restaurant El Parque. It was Sunday night so confirmed with reception that it opened at 8pm and no reservation needed. Strolled up a little after 8, shut. Went back to reception, 'it's just opening'. Went back, stood in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes, no staff, no interest. Waved to the chef through the servery door, no response. Finally left and walked into town; highly recommend the Biarritz restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Great location, nice lobby, great view from the room, friendly staff
Very Tired decor and fittings, lack of facilities in the room like kettle or fridge, drinks machine in the lobby not working, very average choice of food for breakfast, thin walls and doors
