This Riad is in The Medina and really easy to get to from outside. So your Taxi drops you off only a five minute walk away. As many as have said, the breakfasts are great. I initially wanted to book a room for my daughter and myself, they offered a room with a bunkbed, which I declined and later wished I had accepted as the bunk bedroom is lovely for two people who want to sleep on separate beds.
The space is tight.

The terrace
Room very small about 12m2. Stairs very little and in spiral. Breakfast could have more options. You’ll get awake around 7 due neighbours are building next door. If you want to sleep early you’ll not due is located in medina and kids, motorists and people all around.
