The location is absolutely stunning, rooms are beautiful and the staff are just so friendly and helpful. The heating in out room wasn’t working so we got upgraded to a suite which was just stunning. I only eat halal meat so the chef ordered a halal steak in just for me. The hot stone massage was just divine. And best of all my daughter (nearly 7) loved it, especially the nature trail.
The swimming pool is a bit tired and had way too much chlorine in it which took a while to get the smell off even after a shower. Food is a bit too pricey for what it is and options are a bit limited for lunch/dinner. But food is lovely.

We loved our stay at Tylney. All of the staff were perfectly attentive. The food was exceptional. We love the location and setting of the hotel. We had a great view of the water gardens from our room. Everything was star quality and couldn't have been better. Thank you for a perfect stay.
