The staff were absolutely lovely! The grounds are beautiful and it’s nice and warm
Needs updating but they’re about to start a full renovation. Will definitely go back once it’s finished

Easy access to Ickworth House. Extremely helpful staff.
Restaurant was not very warm.

The rooms are fantastic and everywhere is very clean .
Good decor and roomy .
Swimming pool was fantastic as were grounds of hotel and the coffee shop
The noise with one resident which kept my daughter awake but they were very understanding and moved her in to a quiet room and to be honest very understanding .
Food is good but service a bit slow .
