The frontline staff and service staff were lovely friendly and accommodating to my request
The rooms were tired and facilities minimum TV reception, terrible laundry facilities tired and dated. Parking was a nightmare.

Central location, lots of parking. Fabulous staff and breakfast was delicious. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Nothing to fault
If anything the filter coffee with breakfast wasn't great.

Location was superb & even though rooms were dated extrememly clean
There was nothing I didn't like

Food was good and the staff were friendly. Good location
Was meant to be a buffet but there was a la carte
Breakfast package doesn't really feel like a real deal - pretty much the same without
Room service came cold
The rooms had no sound proofing - road and hallway noise was loud
Renovating the room next door started 8am on a Saturday- not very relaxing hearing drills and sanding
Furniture is dated and tired and uncomfortable. Couldn't sit in the chair for long. Bed was really firm you couldn't lay on one side for long.
Shower randomly spit out boiling hot water and was unsafe
