Location - right in centre. Helpful, very friendly, professional staff, discount parking, eating out recommendations given.
When l booked, room, it was listed as mountain view. This was not so- and l do not believe this to be possible from this hotel.. Room was in attic, woken very early by loud noises in corridor ( staff ?)

The rooms are just a little odd, but that is because of multiple buildings and adaptations.

It was super clean, the staff were kind and the location was central to everything,
The WiFi was dismal and not reliable. The AC was set at 23 degrees which made it hard to sleep.

Nice location and the shower was nice.
Small room with a tiny window. Only way to properly cool the room was by airco which felt a bit claustrophobic.
