The location is close to the cathedral and a link road but in a quiet street. The centre, with a great selection of bars and restaurants and quality shops, is 5 minutes walk away. Also 3 minutes from the walkways along the Sienne with restaurants.
But the staff in the hotel are the premier reason for the enjoyment. They were all exceptionally helpful and interactive.
We stayed for 3 days and there was nothing negative that either of us pointed out.
This is rare with hotels.

I had to cancel breakfast as it was too late for my departure but the staff very helpfully refunded the cost

A nice little hotel close to the cathedrale (we had a room with a view at the third floor). The staff was adorable and very flexible and friendly, in a way you rarely see when you only stay one night.
Small room, not super modern but clean and perfekt for our stay.
We were lucky to find a parking just outside the hotel. Good breakfast with some home made pastry.
Good to know that there is no elevator.

Centrally located and affordable
Wouldn’t recommend. No security or staff or site after 10pm - it did not feel very safe. There was no air conditioning so the room was very stuffy. The ‘window’ was actually a door to a shared terrace
