Zeer aangenaam verblijf, met prima service en een goede locatie om Parijs te verkennen.

Alles ging goed, en ik kreeg iedere keer assistentie om door een aparte ingang voor personen met een handicap. Ik was tijdelijk moeilijk te been en kon moeilijk de trappen nemen buiten. Verder was het een goed onthaal, we kregen een upgrade naar twee slaapkamers (ipv 1 kamer en 1 slaapbank), en voor verwelkoming was er zelfs een fles wijn.

Bij het ontbijt was het spek niet warm, maar ik was er dan ook helemaal op het einde van de periode, en toen ik het opmerkte hebben ze het direct opgewarmd

انصح بها للعائله التي يتجاوز عددها الثلاثه . مكان مميز وقريب 5 محطات بالمترو الي الشانز قريبه من المول .

Cama das crianças sem lençol de cima e sem cobertor por duas noites, louça suja, não tinha pano de prato para usar na cozinha, lavanderia a máquina não usou sabão para lavar as roupas e perguntamos na recepção antes, quarto muito velho, camareira não repunha os talheres, copos e pratos que foram usados, começamos a estadia com quatro colheres e terminamos com uma, não é um hotel 5 estrelas nem de longe, máximo 2!!!!

لايوجد موظف لحمل الحقائب قيمة التامين عالية جدا وهي 1000 يورو سعر مبالغ فيه قياسا بسعة الجناح والخدمات المقدمة لايوجد غسالة ملابس بالجناح تم فرض زيادة على قيمة ضرائب المدينه اثناء اقامتنا حسب زعمهم ومطالبتنا بدفع الفرق وهو مبلغ 44 دينار مع العلم كان الحجز دفع مسبق من خلال بوكنق المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق مليئة بالمتسولين العرب توجد روائح غير مستحبه في الممرات عند الاجنحة

Central location but overall a disappointing experience

Spacious room, small but well equipped kitchen, very clean (there are dozens of stickers what has been disinfected and the TV remote is in a specific envelope) and secure (lots of camera supervision), central location to RER and Metro

In my view, this not a 5* property as advertised. Competence and friendliness of receiptions staff is medium, interior design of the lobby is equivalent of a 3*. You would expect more than a self-service machine in the lobby. Slippers in the room but no bathrobe (odd). Spending a lot of nights in La Defense, I think there are better deals in the immediate area (hotels and apartments).

Passable

The location is excellent, right by the metro and easy to get into central Paris. The staff were also very kind and friendly.

The hotel itself is a little dated and in need of a refurb. It doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos. The carpets in particular were pretty bad.

We would visit again but would hope some of the things that I didn’t like were improved.

The available floor area (apartment size). The friendly welcome. The security. The hygiene covers on the TV remote controls.

The aircon didn’t work very well at all. The toilet cubicle was in need of some cosmetic improvements. The drinks vending machine only accepts cash, but many people only carry cards (we had to walk for 30 mins at 23:30 to find a cash machine just so that we could have a drink at the hotel after our long journey to the hotel). The sheets on the pull-out sofa bed had clearly not been washed or replaced since a previous visitor had used them.

Breakfast was very good. A little pricy. The apartment was lovely and right on the metro line.
