The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, very short walk into Old Town to the fine restaurants.
The weather was very hot when we were here, so be sure to get rooms with air conditioning. Our rooms DID have air conditioning, so we were comfortable. The staff are very friendly

Super location, very central, at the bottom of the castle. Free parking. Comfortable rooms with balcony.
A bit outdated decoration and the room. Breakfast is a bit pricy for what it was offered.

We were in Sion to visit family, and for this purpose as well as to visit in the region, the hotel was perfectly located. The hotel rooms had a good size and the staff (all categories) were helpful and kind.
That there is not 24/7 reception.
