Love the surrounding plants and garden that gives this place a very tranquil, relaxing vibe. We love the authentic Thai feel to the buildings and decor. Very friendly, compassionate staff members. The breakfasts were excellent with a lot of variety. We loved “Chef Egg” and Mr. Chay the head manager whom went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and happy.
The bistro meals for dinner were very good.
Rooms kept extremely clean, comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. The location is ideal to walk into the Main Street of Khaolak to shops, cafes, restaurants.
Walking distance to beach and beach cafes.

Beautiful swimming pools with nice bars
The staff were very festive during their Songkran holiday.
Great location — both close to the center and near a beautiful, quiet beach.
I would like to say a special thank you to the night receptionists that helped me with my luggage during check-in and check-out.
Additionally, thank you to the triple afternoon reception team: "Su, Kwan, Ice" who helped me with the taxi on my way out.

Close to the beach, the room & hotel were clean, organised and the rooms had plenty of extras. The pool-access rooms were a treat, the bed & pillows comfortable and there was a great selection of items at the breakfast buffet. Oriental guests can utilise the facilities of the main resort, we were able to stay onsite after checkout, as our transfer wasn’t until the evening. Amazing facilities to store luggage (in an air conditioned, CCTV monitored room) and shower after using the pool. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating, room service food was pretty good

Initially I was happy with the hotel. I had a room with the pool balcony which was great, I was happy with my room (for most of my trip), and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is run down and needs a bit of TLC I also didn’t like when (after a few days of rain) I awoke on my last day to find water streaming down the walls, pouring from the air conditioning unit and dripping from light fixtures. I was on the ground floor (in 3313)so the rooms above me must have been inundated too and the room next to me also suffered from same thing. Unfortunately the incident wasn’t handled well by staff and I had to quickly pack and vacate the room without being able to take a shower or being able to brush my teeth. After that I had no room to go to and a four hour wait until my airport transfer arrived. It was an unfortunate and disappointing end to my holiday.
