Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and the staff was exceptional
our room was right over the bar, which can get loud......They warned us, so we expected it. To be honest, it was not an issue at all.

Location is very central and what most of the cost goes to in my opinion. I also appreciated that there was air conditioning because the room didn't have great cross ventilation when it was hot/humid. I had an inner facing room and did not personally have issues with sound that some other reviews mentioned.
Overall expected more based on the photos and price. You could tell that the rooms had high use and looked a little worn (layer of dust on light stand, chipped paint on cabinet, etc). The bathroom was small and not designed with the user experience in mind (i.e. tiny sink, obstructive shower doors).
