I like the water flow in the bathroom. The room was tidy and clean to start; the location of the hotel is great. Some of the staff appear very polite and approachable. The staff that checked us in present as not have much knowledge or experience but was very polite anyway.
We did not have breakfast; the room size is fairly ok. I was disappointed by not having a safe in the room we stayed in, no fridge, and the room not being cleaned on a daily basis. I have to request clean towels and a toilet roll in the night after we return from a day out.
The bed was comfortable; however, we were expecting better facilities overall for a superior room.
