The location was amazing, I got a mountain room and the view was so gorgeous and peaceful. Hotel room had everything needed, alpine style and not super modern but it was very clean and had its own charm. Staff were nice and check-in/out was smooth. I felt very safe the entire stay, fridge on each floor to use too! Would deffo stay again.
I thought the breakfast was a bit lacking. Very little fresh fruit and felt quite chaotic. Also disappointing that breakfast was inside and no option to eat with the lake view on the terrace. I understand limits given it is a small hotel, but I think a better breakfast would justify the price point.

Our view from our balcony at Hotel Seerose was gorgeous.
Breakfast was fresh, varied & delicious.
The bed was comfortable.
Staff was very helpful.

See below which had an effect on my stay
I paid for breakfast in advance but our Congress was earlier than the breakfast time. When I asked for a return of the monies, I was told they could not do this, so I had breakfast the day after otherwise the breakfast money was lost- expensive Breakfast 17 Euros!
