10min walk from the station. Very clean. Room was an okay size and very comfortable.
Discriminatory. I booked this hotel specifically so that I could sink into an onsen after a long day of travel. On arrival, I found signs plastered everywhere saying visitors with tattoos could not enter. I understand that Japan has a way to go in letting go of outdated perceptions around tattoos, but I expected more from a hotel that claims to welcome international customers and advertises to them on a widely used global booking site. There was no information about this "policy" in my booking. Whether foreign or local, this is not an acceptable way to treat paying guests.

"Staff were friendly, checked in late and the parking was full. Was directed to other sites that were cheaper 600yen but you can’t leave as you please like the parking lot that dormy was offering 800ye..."
