Food was good, the barman was awesome

Room right by the bar, loud music till early hours

Extremely polite staff, they went out of their way to make the birthday of my dad special, the food was great and each day we had a new themed menu, the spa was great and the room super comfy and large

The animation team never included us in their games

Hospitality was excellent

Food was really good quiet for family with children

Was clean and close to see

First of all,tv is in French 17 channels only 4,5 working also old and cannot connect to YouTube as I have YouTube premium , if you sensitive person the fridge is near your head and is noise like hell, also unde your room is a restaurant that will have karaoke until late every night with loud music so forget about ur sleep at least until 01:00 am, also the major problem for me was the internet,wifi very very weak and not stable , very unhappy about this , also very poor entertainment at this hotel, the room was not a proper double bed, it was 2single beds joined together therefore the mattress is moving and we basically slept with a hole between us,unexpected for a master suite in a 4 star hotel, we did have a chat with the manager but he did nothing, his reply was that he can’t do anything as it is already all inclusive.I don’t think we will come here again , food not to much variety special for dinner! At the end of check out they allow us to stay one hour extra in the room and use the facilities!
