The building is well-maintained and clean, the staffs are friendly and responsive, and there is a great variety of delicious food available at breakfast. The free shuttle service to and from the Whoosh station was also very helpful and convenient.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Staffs was very caring and attentive specially Tasha , she was very helpful and Yayang from canton restaurant.
If only they have magnifying mirror in the bathroom that would be great

The wife said the breakfast was ok, but she thinks, compared to Padma Bandung, you need to up your game for the price we paid for the stay. I don't eat breakfast. Pool was quite nice and clean. Kids activities were decent, with things to do for our daughter (archery, rabbit petting. horses arts and crafts..etc).. The Chinese restaurant was quite nice and service was excellent. Appreciated the transport from the Whoosh! station to the hotel.
MAJOR problem I have with the room and facilities. The bathroom floors are VERY slick when wet. The same goes with the lockerroom in the jacuzzi space. I actually slipped and fell on the floor in the locker room because the floor is so slick when wet. It needs a textured surface with anti-slip. It was a painful fall with some muscle damage to my shoulder, but should heal up. But the next person may not be so fortunate.
Also, we had a balcony with no outdoor chairs or table. So unless we brought the indoor chairs out, we couldn't enjoy the view or have coffee.. That's substandard. Had we known this we would have opted for non-balcony room. Also, the room should have a larger, business friendly table, rather than a couple of wobbly round end tables. I couldn't set up my laptop to conduct business on what was provided.
