The Johnson House, 15 Birch Point, Greenland, NH 03840, sits right on tidal Great Bay National Estuary, just 6 miles South of Portsmouth, NH. Use my canoe, kayak at our shared dock. Great Location, Great house, One of the humblest and honest hosts we have ever met. House had everything and much more to just stay there and relax.. Nice neighbors, neighborhood and peaceful.. This is a hidden GEM.. Enough said..

A few things to know for potential renters: The is house is located at a beautiful spot on Great Bay, it's rustic and a bit old fashioned but has most things you might need. 2 of the sleeping areas has no real doors. The host Perry Johnson is very nice and accommodating and is around on a regular basis, often staying at the house just next door. The dock is a bit wobbly and takes some time getting used to but does the trick. Best feature of the house is the expansive deck with excellent table and seating to relax or eat dinners outdoors. The sunsets at this property are spectacular. Overall a nice place with good amenities and close to many great spots worth exploring.
