The hotel is located in a beautiful area. I like having the ability to make my own meals, so having the kitchen was nice. The studio apartment was on the small side, but a great value. Next time I would opt for a larger apartment. The bed was super comfortable (BTW - I like firm beds), and the kitchen had decent amount of plates, pans, etc. The pool was great, and the outdoor activities for kids would be fantastic for families. Also nice they provide free parking. We would definitely stay here again.
The spa and pool closed at 7:00. We would be out hiking all day and never could get back in time to enjoy the spa facilities. On a day we didn't hike we did enjoyed the at the pool and lounge area a lot. However, the inside portions of the spa were a little too stuffy for us. The hydromassage (jacuzzi) was not hot, neither the inside one or the outside one. The bar, which is self service, had no ice. In fact, the hotel had no ice at all. I was told that usually there is an ice machine at the bar but it was broken and a new one has been ordered.

הגענו בשעות הערב לבצע צ׳ק אין ובחדר שהזמנו היה ריח מאוד חריף של טחב - מיד הסבנו את תשומת ליבה של פקידת הקבלה והיא ניסתה למצוא לנו חדר חלופי - מאחר ולא נמצא חדר מתאים החליטו לשדרג אותנו לסוויטת משפחתית ללא תוספת תשלום. החדר היה חדש ופשוט מושלם. פקידת הקבלה היתה סבלנית ועשתה הכל כדי לעזור לנו, גם כשהיו פערי שפה. הילדים מאוד נהנו ממה יש למלון להציע והיתה לנו חוויה נהדרת. תודה!
לטעמי בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מספיק מגוון וגם הכמות שהוגשה בבופה לא תאמה את כמות הסועדים.

Wiew, Parking in the garage, laundry possibilities, self service.
The ancient smell in the kitchen, lack of sufficient sun screening on the balcony, insufficient sound proofing between roms and in the building. No house rules, and guests were very load in the evenings.The building needs refurbishment.
