Food & entertainment

Room was dirty, so was the bathroom. There were no clean towels in the room - we found a whole PBC biscuit on the floor under the bed. Didn't complain as we were leaving. It was cold season & air-conditioning was left on 11 deg. The technician said it was centrally controlled & could only increase it 5 deg. To make matters worse, after coming home saw that Naviti took money out of my account instead of returning my balance from $250 that they owe. I am still negotiating the return of my money
