The hotel was beautiful. It was very grand and maintained its culture without being too contemporary. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff at the hotel were very nice and welcoming.
The restaurant at the hotel was a bit tired and outdated. The swimming pool was dirty and had clearly not been used for a while. The fridge in the room had a weird smell which wasn’t very pleasant. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was very far from the toilet and not at arms length, which you can imagine could be a bit troublesome. The location of the hotel was not great and there was not many food places local unless of course you wanted street food.
