The overall aesthetics of the hotel, the beautiful breakfast area, comfort and cleanliness of the room.
My room although beautiful inside has a small window giving it a gloomy feel. Breakfast was limited, no toaster, butter or jam. Staff were convening at the reception early morning, and conversation can be heard at the restaurant ruining the ambience.

Great place. Stayed before a few times. Good location for us.
Parking is difficult
We wee supposedly upgraded. The room on the ground floor with pool access ( we knew the pool was under maintenance) the room was so small and the bathroom not fit for purpose it was so small. The very small shower door opened outwards pushing the bath mat away. The door almost touched the toilet! I will refuse any upgrade offered from now on.
