Beautiful hotel, located perfectly in Desenzano. The hotel is right on the lakefront with views of the lake, beach and town. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and staff were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff in particular were amazing and could not do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helping us with transport timetables for our excursion to Gardaland and being amazing to our little boy, Jaxon who had a nosebleed at the reception desk. They went over and above to make our stay so memorable. The breakfast also deserves a special mention, so much quality choice and so fresh! The room was fabulous and spotless everyday. Not one thing we could fault with our stay, will definitely return if we are ever back in Lake Garda, perfectly located for the harbour, shops, ferry port, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed two fantastic trips to Sirmione & Limone whilst we were there, both stunning!

Breakfast was good, staff friendly, we stayed in a budget room which was clean.
We booked a budget room for two nights as we planned to be out most of the days so didn'texpect much. However;
The air conditioning within the room was extremely old and wasn't working properly. Room was very warm and stuffy and found it hard to sleep at night. Shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head to wash yourself. The water from the shower didn't drain away quick enough so you had to stop showering every couple of minutes to allow the water to drain away. No bin facilities in room. Room very out dated, probably from the late 70s/ early 80s decore.
