For a quick layover the facility is good, 30 minutes to Malpensa. The car is parked right outside the hotel/motel room so there's no fuzz with dragging suitcases along streets.
AC was a bit noisy and the pillows were standard Italian ones, a bit hard.

All night sigarets smell through the ventilation system,
Matratzen scheiss,
Very dirty. For ONE night - may be. Cheap tank stations
in round area. Not to recommend to those who expecting
comfort and Sauberkeit.
