We had originally booked a studio and upgraded to a studio with a terrace. However, it was too small - our fault not the owners! However, they moved us to an apartment which was perfect. They staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. We asked if they had another frying pan and "no problem" a new frying pan appeared. The pool is absolutely fantastic it is huge! They have a drinks bar on site which makes the most wonderful coffee and they always have little snacks and plenty of water! We organised with the owners for them to take us to the airport on our return and again "no problem" and the very kind lady (the owner's wife) took us for a very reasonable price. Superb place for couples and families. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk and is large with a lovely cafe and the wonderful market on a Saturday has not to be missed - you feel like a local buying the wonderful produce there.
Again, this was our fault nothing to do with the owners but you really need a car as local transport is very hit and miss! and on a hot day a long walk into Naxos - but the taxi's are very good and recommend using one if you don't go by car.

Cómodas instalaciones, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar con la familia ubicación y áreas comunes como la piscina.
Lo único que puedo recomendar es mejorar las puertas de la ducha que no cerraba bien, y las almohadas eran muy altas para nuestro gusto.

Emplacement calme,beau parc, grande piscine
Le cauchemar de la première nuit : frigo très bruyant à ne pas pouvoir dormir, clim hs. Logement envahi de fourmis 🐜 jusqu'à dans le frigo,la nourriture a du être jetée
Nous changeons de chambre le 2 ème jour donc problèmes frigo et clim résolus, mais la literie est toujours aussi mauvaise et ne parlons pas des oreillers inefficaces.. Ah oui,la barre de douche qui ne tient pas au mur...
Il n'y a même pas un four ou au moins un micro-ondes, et les plaques électriques sont très longues à chauffer, même un café... mais du coup,tu te dis, tiens je vais aller au snack bar : mais il faut choisir entre la réception et le snack, C est souvent la même personne pour 2 endroits différents.,.
A ce prix là, C est inadmissible.. et je souhaite une autre indemnité qu une machine à laver offerte
