I liked the proximity to the beach, the kindness of staff, the room sizes, the bed was super comfortable, the remoteness to the parties yet close distance to everything, and basically everything was great.
Please update the shower, electricity was not well connected.

View from pousada, balcony, rooftop
Location: 10min on foot from the main part of the village, 10min from the beach and duna 'por do sol' where everyone observes the sunset
Nice garden, a balance rope to walk on and a barbell to work out in front of the pousada
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fan and air-conditioning
Slightly outside of the main part of the village, the area near the pousada has horses and that means a lot of feces and flies in the area unfortunately.
INSANE amount of flies during breakfast, which is served outside, made breakfast a real battle with flies. Additionally, for some reason the pool gets cleaned during breakfast, meaning there is a really loud noise while you are having your breakfast (pool is located right next to breakfast area. Perhaps would be best to do this before or after breakfast is served.
Breakfast is served 8-10am, which means if you leave earlier for a private tour, you miss breakfast. Would be ideal if they could start serving it a bit earlier or for a bit longer (they already collect everything at 10am).
Rooms don't have glass windows, only wooden shutters, meaning that if you want to close the windows (to avoid flies or maintaining cool temperature in the room) you have to close the shutters and sit in the dark.
Employees make quite a bit of noise throughout the day, yelling at each other, when in fact the tenants are all quiet and well behaved. Found this a bit unusual and quite unprofessional, especially because I had to work on the PC and needed a quieter environment.
Employees not very friendly, they respond in a bit of a cold manner and not very helpful.
Cleaning of the rooms takes place in the afternoon, often after you get back from a tour, which is a bit frustrating as you have to leave your room after you return, instead of being able to relax in your room if you want (ideally should be done before 14.00, there aren't that many rooms).
Towels are not changed every day (this is acceptable), BUT they move your used towels when tidying up the room, so you don't know which towel is yours and may end up using someone else's towel if you are staying with family/friends
