The fact the there was a 24/7 reception staffed by human beings, who were all pleasant, smiley and couldn't do enough for you. The central location near bars, restaurants and cafes.
The trade off for the great location is that there was a nightclub nearby that played loud music till 4am. Fortunately reception had earplugs available. I advise you to get them if you stay there, unless of course you are at the nightclub!

Allocated apartment was a short walk from the main reception building. Apartment was spacious and close to amenities and not affected by the busy and noisy night life.
Can access bus and train connections 15 mins from the apartment.
The receptionist who assisted us was helpful.
Door to the apartment building had problems with a fiddly door lock and unlocking system. One of the days the entrance to the building was smelling awful due to the bins storage near the lift.
Our apartment did not have a dishwasher, or ironing board. The hair dryer did not work well.

The location is good, though it can be very crowded because it is in a shopping centre kind of.
You get around 50% discount on the parking if you pay at the reception instead of the parking machine.
It can be loud in weekends. The photos need some update. The apartment was not as new as they show. Very crowded breakfast area.
