Great location, within a walking distance from metro and plenty of restaurants, although this area may become really busy at night. If you like walking, all key sights can be reached on foot, including Anitkabir (it took me 25 min), Old town and Ankara Castle (about 35 min).
I liked breakfasts with a good selection of cold cuts, eggs and Turkish pastry. Coffee machine is available. The room, although quite compact, had everything I needed, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the way staff were responsive and polite at all times I approached them with requests.

The hotel isn’t bad. It’s clear that it used to be very good about ten years ago. Now, the passage of time is visible— a lamp hanging off the wall, a battered shower cabin, a torn sheet, hairs in the sink. In a word, there’s a certain level of neglect
the smell from the kitchen everywhere in the hotel.
