The location, the aesthetics of the hotel, the kind and super helpful gentleman at the reception. The rooms are comfortable. I’m definitely coming back.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. It is quite central and, although there is no private parking, there is plenty of parking available in the surrounding area.
On Saturdays, there is also a huge local market right next to the hotel, which is a great bonus if you enjoy exploring local markets.
The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was very complete. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast hours, so we asked if it would be possible to have something to eat earlier, and they kindly prepared sandwiches for us to take with us.
The swimming pool is also fantastic and was a great place to relax.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent service and very good facilities. We would stay here again.
The noise at night. There seems to be a nightclub on the other side of the hotel, and the music could be heard quite clearly in the room, especially during the weekend.
The room itself was also quite small, and we had to manoeuvre around the luggage. However, as we spent the days out, this was not a major issue for us.

The property itself is very pretty and charming, the pool area looks very aesthetically pleasing as well.
The standard double room is tiny, didn’t feel like it’s appropriate for two people at all, our room wasn’t cleaned properly the entire week that we were there. The cleaner would just vacuum the floor and give us new towels, our bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. The lighting in the room is terrible very dim. The hotel workers were nice to us the first day or two but then quickly became very unwelcoming. It almost felt like because we were coming back to our room late this started to bother them as they stopped greeting us. Another issue that we had was that you only get one physical key to the room. So we were having to ask the hotel staff to let us in often.
