We had the room no. 5 for six persons and the view was wow. We also enjoyed the shared lounge very much

Not all the sockets in the room worked but there were many that worked so that was ok. The only problem was that there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, not even a weak one. There was a good Wi-Fi in the public area, but in our room there was none

Location was great, 5 minute walk to the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were good amenities with the shared kitchen. Car park was a good size and I was allowed to park there before checking in which was good. Bedding was really clean and bed was comfortable.

I don't know if there was one, but I would have liked a small communal area with a mirror to do things like dry your hair. Because when I got to my shared dorm at 9.30pm and needed to shower, everyone was already in bed with the lights off so I couldn't dry my hair. I ended up sitting in the corridor on the stairs and drying it on the lowest/quietest setting so as not to wake people. I fully appreciate this is part of hostel life, it's just hard when people go to bed pretty early as you don't want to wake people.

Yes the cleaning was good and the room was okay I got my own Breakfast in the Breakfast room All the plates cup and cutlery was there to use so that was good also the people that came to stay were Friendly to me and I got on well with most of them.

The way I was treated by staff on Duty. I missed the first night but rang in before to say I Had been ill and couldn't make it on the first night and would I get a refund they said no. Because I had booked it with Booking.com instead of the YHA I didn't know this and asked if could stay Extra Day as three days were paid for they said no which upset me a bit but next time will book with YHA Well thats about it for now look forward to seeing you again.
