Staff were so very friendly. The location close to the beach was great. We had a great time here. Facilities were great, they just needed to refurbishe rooms a little. Lunch/dinner was very good, such big portions for what you pay.
Due to space, there wasn't enough beds around the pool. Coffee at breakfast wasn't great. When booking, it would have been good to be told that our room was on the top floor (as we booked sea-view) with no ramp/lift and we my partner had to carry the baby in the pram up and down several times a day. We tried to move, but the room given smelled damp. Despite all this, we had a great stay at the hotel.
