A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai for making our stay truly special and memorable. We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, every little detail was handled with such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality.
Everyone we interacted with throughout the hotel was exceptional—welcoming, attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile. The thoughtful gestures and personal touches made my wife’s birthday celebration even more beautiful and meaningful.
It is rare to experience such consistently outstanding service, and we genuinely appreciate the effort each member of the team put into making our stay so enjoyable. The warmth and hospitality of the Four Seasons team made us feel incredibly special and at home.
Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us. We look forward to returning to Four Seasons Mumbai very soon.

The gym in this hotel is the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Comprehensive free weights, excellent trainers and good machines. The gym also had a great view outside being on the 3rd floor.
The WiFi was excellent everywhere on the property.
The breakfast area was great food and wide array of seating.
The staff in all areas were excellent.
The location in Mumbai could be better with more outside entertainment, but then that's more a Mumbai problem rather than a Four Seasons problem.
