The location is perfect easy to get to the cliff path, we walked along to Kraal rock where we saw lots of whales in the bay. All the shops/cafes/ restaurants are just a 5 minute walk.
Our room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked it is ordered the night before which works perfectly. Lydia makes the most amazing little healthy cakes.
All the staff are friendly and happy.

We loved our stay at the Nautilus Guesthouse. From the first interaction with Nadia online to our being met with her welcoming smile and then being helped with our luggage to our rooms by the friendly porter. The bedrooms were clean and spacious as well as well stocked with everything we needed. The free breakfasts in the morning were not only an added bonus but also delicious and so well cooked. The breakfasts rival any top hotels or restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned while we ate by extremely competent and trustworthy staff. This place is a hidden gem in Hermanus and we will definitely be back as it was so affordable. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience.
Absolutely nothing as it even caters for people who are not great walkers (bedrooms on the ground floor) as my mum is 84 years of age.
