The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check‑in smooth and pleasant. The rooms were simple but comfortable, and the bath was nice and relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Breakfast was filling and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day well before heading out to explore Miyajima.

Walking distance to ferry port to visit the torii gate.
Room a bit narrow for 3 adults. 2 beds & a sofa bed. Not spacious for many luggages.

We chose this hotel as it was right next to the port so we could catch the first ferry across to Miyajima so the location for us was perfect. The hotel lobby entrance was modern and clean and so was the room. Shower had good power and there were a selection of toiletries we could use. The bed was very comfortable.
The room and bathroom were very small, I know its Japan and most rooms are but this was particularly small and actually seemed to be set up for just one person. There was only one pillow on the bed so we had to go down and get another one, the bed itself wasn't a double size, more a single and a half size and there was only one chair at the small table. Didn't feel great value for money but it worked for the one night stay.
