Friendly efficient staff, lovely comfortable room. Great views.
Disappointed in the food, the menu/food is not as good as it used to be. The breakfast was very poor, running out of things and a poor standard. Pre Covid I had a breakfast to remember, with fabulous fresh fruit, but now it’s not very good at all.

The size of the room and the receptionist.
The restaurant server and hostess were extremely rude. Also had an issue with the receptionist having to cover up for the rest of the staff.
