The staff was very helpful. They accommodated our late check-in even though it was outside the usual check-in hours. The room was clean and exactly as described. Good value for money.

Great location right on the centre of San Jose. Lovely promenade to the port with nice stalls selling local crafts. Julie the receptionist was amazing very helpful and pleasant to deal with all the time. The bed was very comfortable and they cleaned the room every day. Many options for restaurants serving amazing fish and seafood.
Our room was just above the main square so there was noise until very late.
It would have been useful to have a small line to hang outside wet towels and swimwear.

Yuliya and her sister in law were most friendly and welcoming. They let me occupy the room three hours prior to the official time and upon my departure they kept my belongings there 'for as long as I needed to'. The room had its own fridge which is most needed considering the high temperature outside. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The shower was amazing. I was given lots of local information always with a really genuine smile! Thank you lovely ladies, I will definitely be seeing you again asap!
