Ubicacion excelente

Ubicación excelente, camas cómodas y personal agradable y dispuesto a ayudar.

An experience that will not be repeated again

The location

The location of the hotel is excellent and in the city center, but the standard of the rooms is not satisfactory, the cleanliness is poor, and it is full of ants All in all, disappointing and I do not recommend repeating the experience

Disappointing

I guess the air conditioning was good . The view of some of the rooms had sea view but unfortunately ours didn't .

The bathroom had a cockroach in it and there was a problem with the bade it was broken and almost flooded the bathroom . The mattress' sheets were stained . Also the wifi is horrible so Don't depend on it .

An excellent location and view with a badly maintained room

The location and the view from the balcony are amazing .. The staff is friendly and helpful to an extent.

The room.is badly maintained .. it needs an electrician, a carpenter, and a plumber.

Location reach all places.

Good location for attractions, local restaurants and walking areas.Rustic hotel, can notice a history behind about the building.

Needed to leave this place, that is what I did not like.Everything else was correct

The place is collapsing... The wifi didn't work. No breakfast, no cuisine. Staff bored to be there.. Bad value for money.

The hotel nice and cool.

WiFi access was very bad, we were given a ticket 🎟 which only contains 500MB as staff informed us but it was finishing immediately after using for one hour. And if we need to access the WiFi we should approach them again. Over all the WiFi access in room 27 is was very weak.

Disappointing

The location is excellent, close to the sea

The price compared to the services is very much, the TV screen is very small, there is no place to put the travel bag on it, and there is no breakfast or anyone to bring the bags with you

Good, calm and warm but I think the price is a little too much

Small, simple and clean room. I like the behavior of the old man at the reception. Very warm and humble

Location was good, but the hotel was not value for money.

The location was good and the host was friendly. The host let us make tea in the kitchen.

It was expensive for what was delivered. It felt dirty and shabby, the kitchen was very dirty, the wifi kept disconnecting and didn't reach to the rooms.

Nice location in the middle of the city but not a accommodation for foreigners.

The location is perfect, it is the street behind the Steigenberger Cecile Hotel, which is a direct side street to the main street to the corniche. Around 20 min walking by the sea on the cornice to the bibliotheca or other way to the citadel. Taxi, Tram, Uber are a minute away from the accommodation. Restaurant, Cafe's and a drink shop are all around the corner. The staff is very friendly. And there is an elevator to reach to the 4th floor.

The accommodation is in the 4th floor. I got a room with no balcony, the room had two single beds, who smelled bad to that nobody cleaned the bed sheets nor the pillows or anything in the room. The beds had a lack of slatted frames, so I had to put from both beds together to sleep in one. There were lipsticks lines over the wall and the door. The bathroom wasn't clean, the water were leaking. There was a bad smell coming from the pipe. A two star accommodation means less standard not a lack of hygiene.
