La struttura è bella, tanto verde ben curato, alloggi immersi nel parco dell'Etna, piscina abbastanza grande con tutti i servizi necessari.
Rispetto a come l'abbiamo conosciuta già qualche anno fa
manca il servizio ristorante, nonostante ci sia una cucina ben attrezzata, per scelta gestionale hanno preferito non dare questo servizio agli ospiti. Essendo conosciuta la struttura come un'oasi di pace immersa nella natura, sinceramente prendere la macchina per recarsi a cercare dove mangiare non è stato affatto gradito.

The property itself was lovely, beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and that staff was accommodating. The room was comfortable.
We stayed at this property as part of a bikepacking trip, so we arrived on our bikes and did not have a way to travel to dinner other than our bikes. We sent a message ahead of time letting them know we were arriving on bikes and letting them know we planned to have dinner at the restaurant on site but did not receive a response. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a wedding that night and therefore the restaurant would not be open. They ended up accommodating us and serving us dinner so that we didn't have to ride our bikes into town a couple of miles away that night, which was very kind, but we were limited in terms of when and what we could eat since we were on the same schedule as the wedding, and the staff was understandably busy with the wedding and therefore not able to be very attentive. We also were looking forward to using the pool after a day of biking, but it was not available for use the night we were there, which was disappointing. I wish that we had been informed ahead of time that there would be a wedding at the venue that night so that we could have chosen to make other arrangements based on our needs.

The location is beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb
Some spiders managed to get into our room. Unfortunately in the morning a few millipedes were in the bathroom as well

L'esterno della struttura che è immersa nel verde che è molto curato e la piscina
Avere pagato una quadrupla per avere assegnata una doppia basic, il bagno e in particolare il box doccia di dimensioni ridotte, la pulizia della camera, le sdraio in piscina insufficienti e parzialmente rotte, la mancanza di un addetto alla reception sempre presente di giorno in struttura e non per fasce orarie
