Fantastic views in a location with nearby parking. Belduomo is in the middle of the bustle but quiet and very private- it is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows and patio had the best views of the water. The patio had a retractable awning that provided shade when needed. It was a great place to relax while having cannolis and taking a break from the Taormina crowds!! The A/C worked very well. The apartment was well set-up with coffee, water and snacks, with a kitchen and dining area that was well provisioned so we could keep it tidy when we used for breakfast.
Rosanna is a great host, problem-solver and took care of us every step of the way. The property is close to the Porta Catania parking. However, even though we arrived close to 7pm - the 650 spaces in that garage were occupied and police were turning us/others away. Rosanna was promptly in touch with a Plan B. Fortunately, after we did a detour out of/into the tunnel leading to Taormina, the garage emptied out a few spaces and the police let us in. It is just a big comfort that Rosanna had a plan for anything!! She was closely monitoring our arrival to ensure we made it.

The apartment was newly renovated, nice and clean. Huge plus for disposable hotel slippers
The apartment was small and there was sth wrong with the ventilation in the bathroom so the smell of damp and mustiness was perceptible in the wole apartment. It was also pretty noisy because the window was just right near the street
