Great location right at the edge of all of the hustle and bustle of town without being right in the middle of it. Everything was within a 10 minute walk. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view. Breakfast was good - all of the basics you would expect.
1. Poor WIFI (moderate inconvenience).
2. The air conditioning in our room was insufficient. We were "comfortable" in the room at best but it was never cold enough for us. When coming back to our room from being out, the temperature change felt so good for a few minutes but then as you acclimated to it, it didn't really feel cool anymore. The dial on the wall was set as low as it would go and it sounded like it was running 24x7 so unsure if it just isn't powerful enough or what. (moderate inconvenience)
3. The shower did not drain properly (minor inconvenience).
4. We could not unlock one of our sliding glass doors (minor inconvenience as there was another sliding glass door that was functional).
5. No USB plugs. For this price and in today's world, this is expected. (minor inconvenience)

I really liked the views from the room as we got a free upgrade with a better view which was good.
The staff were really nice especially Nino the pool/maintenance and the 2 Antonio’s who work by the pool and by the bar they are the all the best staff I’ve ever came across on a holiday.

The view was very good, as advertised
The hotel was rather tired and needs a good renovation. The single elevator resulted in significant wait times particularly at breakfast and check in check out times. If traveling by car, the hotel access is via a very steep slope and the acute right-hand turn into the access road is often restricted by parked vehicles.
