Excellent and quiet location, yet only a few minutes' walk from the heart of the shopping area. Great ocean views with a beautiful pool, small but solid gym, and an innovative spa which incorporates local products. High quality breakfast and lovely rooftop bar, too, with very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and stylishly appointed rooms with large bathrooms.
€35/day valet parking should be included for a hotel at this price point, and the large, beautiful lobby area could be put to more effective use such as another full bar or restaurant. Rooms are a touch dark due to the small windows, while the shower room cubicle was a bit tight with certain amenities not topped up when we arrived.

The hotel rooms are clean. Breakfast service is good.
They charge you for parking, 20 euros per day. And if you decide to go out at night for a drive after 8pm, you won’t be able to valet the car again (for the service you already paid for).
Facilities? Only the small gym (barely a gym) is free. The spa: you have to pay for everything per the hour. You want the sauna? You have to pay. Want to the steam room? You have to pay.
For massages it is fine and it expected to be charged for that. But their excuse for sauna and steam room being chargeable is that it is not part of the hotel (even though it’s literally in the hotel).
The pool is good size but it’s not clean. You may find occasional bugs in the pool.
For the price they charge, it’s just not worth it.
