Everything from the begging to the moment we had to leave was just great! Perfect location, stunning views, great food and very carrying and attentive staff! They made our stay unforgettable and we really appreciate that!

Everything!!! It’s beautiful … speechless beautiful, like heaven. Also they have a sister hotel you can take the transfer easily access to… also beautiful with a nice beach.
Nothing but expensive - but worth a visit at least once in a lifetime … oh lots of bees eating breakfast not honey ^_*

The location is exceptional, very close to the theater and with an excellent view on both the gulf and mount Etna. The hotel itself is amazing and the staff is among the best we've ever experienced. An amazing stay.

To say the hotel is amazing and splendid is to say nothing :-) Beautiful gardens and rooms, cosy restaurants and bars with a magnificent view, and all that with flawless service and perfect staff. A big plus is also the easy access to the private beach of the sister hotel.
It wasn’t the first Belmond hotel in which we stayed but for sure one of the best.
Everything was perfect :-)
