Staff were excellent especially Claudia her kindness and sincerity was first class. I am head of Operation’s and I know about what is excellence and customer experience and this lady was a credit to the company I hope she reads this review thank you Claudia and to the team at Hotel Sirius.

The views at this hotel are stunning, the pool was large & deep & there were plenty of loungers around the pool.
The reception staff, pool staff and general support staff were a pleasure.
The hotel manager was AWFUL. My sister had morning sickness so I brought myself a coffee & her a tea to our room from breakfast. Unfortunately I knocked my coffee off the table on the balcony & smashed a cup. The coffee fell on a couple of hand towels we had drying outside.
I called the reception immediately and they kindly sent up one of the cleaning staff who swept & mopped for us. We popped the two towels on the floor of the bathroom.
When we returned to the hotel a few hours after lunch, the manager of the hotel asked me what room I was in when I passed reception. When I confirmed he told me he “had something” for me. He then threw a plastic bag with the towels in which had coffee on them and told me ‘I must pay’ - very rudely and aggressively. I immediately apologised, told him it was an accident and confirmed that I’d be happy to pay for the damaged towels. Despite this he continued to berate me about the towels in front of the entire reception and other guests. I calmly explained it was an accident and that I’m happy to pay but he kept stating that I’d done it on purpose.
His behaviour is disgusting and I’ve seen other reviews calling this out. To note, on arrival our room was not ready until 3.30pm (despite check in being at 2pm) but we didn’t mind and waiting around the pool until it was ready and didn’t complain.
I would not stay at this hotel again with such a rude and aggressive manager which is such a shame as the other staff were so lovely & accommodating.
The location was great, however the steep hill couldn’t be managed with someone with disabilities / mobility issues.
The breakfast was basic.
