The hotel is stunning and extremely well located. The walk to the centre is less than 10 minutes and the cable car station is just outside. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They even sorted an early breakfast and packed lunches for the day we were out really early for our Etna hike. The views are breathtaking and sitting by or in the pool to enjoy them is heaven. We will definitely come back.
Nothing. Just sad we had to leave. They did have a gym that we didn’t find out about till the last day as it’s new and not listed on the facilities yet and no signs for it

All the staff, no matter what their position, were so kind and helpful and made our stay their exceptional. The location is beautiful with spectacular views and perfect to walk into town, or take the cable car to the beach.

The hotel was immaculately kept. The attention to detail is amazing! The staff were attentive and superb. The hotel is gorgeous and the views amazing. We especially loved the stunning outdoor heated infinity pool and the luxurious outdoor area around the pool. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Taormina! Thank you to all the staff.🙏

The staff I cannot say enough about the staff! They were extremely accommodating and attentive. Shoutout to Marie! From checking in until checkout her exceptional hospitality and welcoming presence at the property was unmatched!
Everything honestly - only feedback I have that may be negative are the beds, they need to update those but also outside of the staffs control!
