Very good, convenient location, with access to public transportation, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool is well-kept, ideal for the usual hot, sunny weather in Cucuta. The staff's courtesy, friendliness and professional attitude are just remarkable, they try as much as possible to assist customers and to accommodate to their needs.
The surrounding area doesn't look very safe, especially at night.

The staff is very friendly, and the service was great. The lobby is very nice and the facilities in general are good.
The room was not clean, and it is very old. A small renovation in the room will make a huge difference and the price would be worth.
