From the outside and on the floors the room are on are beautiful. The location couldn't be any better as well.
The lobby area is one of gaudiest things I've ever seen. I looked up pictures of the hotel from 20 years ago, and it's amazing looking. The owners should consider restoring the whole lobby to the way it used to look, or something similar looking. If they did that, and upgraded the rooms, this would likely be the best hotel in Ponce.

Good location for walk and enjoy the Ponce Downtown
The bathroom I wasn’t clean and sink was clogged with water—disgusting. There were no bath mats, and there weren't enough staff members to handle the tourists arriving to check in; however, the only young man there was polite and friendly.

The Hotel is an historic one and it resembles many of the original features and design. Beautiful entrance, the lobby shows a lot of the character of the era of the building, basically is very well preserved.
The curtains of the room were one set only and white so traspasses the light into the room brightly and definitely will interrupt your sleep. The carpet and closet needed some clean extra. The beds size were ok but there are so soft that will move the other person beside you. The artificial plants were dusty.
