The hotel is located very close to the train station and there was even a bus from Haneda airport to Hon Atsugi station which was very convenient with all our bags. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping in the area.
We went into Tokyo for day trips and it was very smooth with various options.
The rooms were clean with a fridge and TV and air conditioning. The rooms aren't massive but we had enough room for us. We had both double rooms and a room with two singles and of course the room with two singles was bigger but the double felt fine for two people.
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was included and they had a nice little free toothbrush, hairbrush etc area near the front desk along with a vending machine.
We are allowed to leave our bags there after check out before we moved on.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We stayed for six nights nights and they used an eco cleaning schedule so our bedding was only changed towards the end of our visit. I appreciate the eco side of things but thought that maybe they should have just changed our bedding once in the middle of our visit.
We did get fresh towels everyday when requested. It really was a lovely stay and we should definitely go back.

Within 5min walk of Hon-Atsugi Station.
Staff was very accommodating, especially for my very basic Japanese.
Ability to see laundry status/pay for laundry with phone.
Very dated facility - in need of TLC
Elevators smelled strongly of tobacco.
Bed was very old and not very comfortable.
Small plumbing issue (resolved quickly by staff though)
Window was located behind the TV and very awkward to get to.
You are not able to set the temperature for your room (like many other hotels in Japan). It's set by the hotel and you either have heat or cool - on some hotter days, hotel was only running heat still which made it VERY stuffy/hot in the room.
