It was lovely

Maybe all the apartments should have allocated parking so people are parking by their stay

Units at the back are too noisy and close to road.

The unit itself is high quality and is in a nice location in front of the lake but too noisy.

Despite lovely location responsive hosts and well appointed unit it was very hard to sleep in this place. We stayed in unit 301 in the back of the block which meant it backed to the main road in Frankton and we could hear traffic pretty badly including the trucks off loading nearby in the middle of the night. In addition there was some kind on sensor in the bedroom that would go off in the middle of the night and keep us awake there was a sign next to it saying to not turn it off, no explanation why, I didn’t ask thinking it was some kind of thermostat but it went off in the middle of the night and we didn’t know what to do. The curtains were not full block outs. So all up, there was road noise, appliance noise and no blockout curtains which in the middle on NZ summer where the sun goes out at 10 and is back again at 4:30 made sleeping not great at all.

Would definitely stay again. Loved the apartment, proximity and ammenities. Would recommend to friends

Location of being in between Frankton and Queenstown city centre. Apartments were well maintained and well heated. Comfortable beds and able to enjoy the apartments as if a home. Everything on hand to enjoy a minimum or long stay.

Nothing. I could although see that some may have an issue with the primary bathroom. The shower and bath is awesome, but not easy to get in and out of. Someone less able would find this difficult.

The view and Location perfect!

Location Location … apparently you can also get water taxis into Queenstown central … how cool! Also it made getting to Gibbston excessively easy as well as we were that much further north!!!👍

How others have damaged gear and obviously not reported so they could be fixed!

Very good

Excellent location if you want a peaceful and quiet place that is close to both Frankton Mall, airport and the main Queenstown City. Boatshed eatery is right next to if for brunch. Lovely view at the Marina. Taking Uber from one place to another was real easy and I also discovered Queenstown Track walk which is just lovely on your feet or bicycle along the lake side. Bus station is right at the front so such an easy ride to Queenstown city for just $2 if you want some experience. Ensure to book for the room with the view, I didn't check this carefully enough so got the room without the view this time but there is no doubt that the second floor balcony with the view, especially in the front block would be superb.

Very good

The bed was a little hard, and we took a couple of days to get used to it. Climbing into the shower across a small wall at the side of the bath actually made it harder to get into, and was a little bit of a hazard if you wanted to get onto the bath mat at the other side.

Queenstown Holiday

Great view, lake walks, clean and comfortable, very spacious and modern. Very easy access carpark.. I enjoyed having breakfast looking at the lakes and mountains. It felt like home away from home.

The Marina Apartments were great for our large group. Handy to shops, not far (driving) to Queenstown Central, or we had

Loved the size of the apartments and layout. The fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was excellent. the kitchen was a great size and well stocked. As a group there for a wedding it was perfect.

The bed in the master was really hard. I like a firm bed but I felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood and had to put one of the duvet’s under me to give me some cushioning.

Small improvements to be made. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

The location is only a 2 min walk to the bus stop, 5 min walk to the water taxi & the beautiful like is just outside of the hotel.

Room smelt of men’s body spray as soon as we walked in. No where to put shower products except on the ground. Bathroom lights flicker when switched on.

Apartment was spacious, so good for a family. Had everything it needed.

We booked the advertised apartment (photos and description showed it was a waterfront apartment very clearly) but got an apartment that was at the back looking at the other apartments. When we got there and talked to someone about this they advised that they were fully booked so could not give us anything else and could refund us the last two nights (we booked 3 nights) so we could find somewhere else to stay. No discount on the first night. There were other waterfront apartments we would have booked for similar pricing had we have known we weren’t getting the apartment in the photos. Misleading to say the least and I would suggest to anyone booking to double check this first. The bathroom in the second room had a bad smell

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. It was close to amenities. Contact was made with us regularly from Elementescapes with information about entry and exit.

Lack of personal face to face reception. Missed a Lake view.

It was well located near the airport and lake.

The only table in the apartment was broke n and unusable. Despite reporting this several times, nothing was done. This was very poor.

the apartment was perfectly adequate for a 4-day stay. Be aware there is minimal service.

Bed comfortable

Although we were warned there were no cooking facilities we were surprised we had to wash dishes in the bathroom hand basin. We didn't expect the apartment to be quite as small. We think that for a similar price we would rather stay in a motel to obtain greater service and facilities.
